No. This is a wellness self-assessment designed to highlight everyday patterns that may be influencing energy, cravings, recovery, and consistency.
Not to start. Many people see meaningful progress by adjusting the basics first. If you have ongoing concerns, a qualified clinician can guide testing.
That doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. It usually means you have some level of toxicity and inflammation. We’ll focus on simple, realistic steps to address these issues.
